The Bay of Arcachon

Around fifty kilometres from Bordeaux, this small inland sea, open to the Atlantic Ocean, is an ideal destination for getting away from it all and recharging your batteries. Famous for its oyster farming and seaside resorts, the Bassin also boasts an exceptional natural heritage. The climate is mild, with plenty of sunshine all year round.
